Research and Strategic Support At Every Stage

The right tool
for the right time.

Jury research is not a single event. It is a discipline applied throughout the life of a case — each tool answering a different question at a different moment. Select a stage below.

  • Case Selection

Test your case theories early and often. Fast, affordable small group research that stress-tests facts and assumptions. Then, develop themes before drafting discovery and subsequent discovery battles.

    • Discrete-Issue Focus Groups
    • Quick Panel Surveys
    • Roundtable Workshopping
  • Discovery & Litigation Strategy

Continue with roundtable workshopping and discrete-issue focus groups. Build the narrative. What evidence do you need to develop? What experts do you need? Develop a framework that will carry you through discovery to settlement or trial.
